Lightstaff Solutions is a nursing agency based in New Jersey. We are nurse-owned, and we focus on staffing RNs, LPNs / Licensed Vocational Nurses Medical Aids & CNAs to hospitals nationwide.

Since we began from a little group that just wanted to help nurses find good places to work, we have been evolving, and now we do more than placement services in order to meet changing demands.

At Lightstaff Solutions, everything we do is geared at making sure that, most importantly, patients get the good care they deserve. But they are also for the good of aspiring nurses who we equip with the necessary skills so they can more easily find a placement. Lightstaff Solutions also aims at helping hospitals around the country currently experiencing a shortage with efficient, skilled nurses who will make sure everything is ticking along swimmingly.

Thankfully, we have been able to achieve those aims, and with a proven excellent reputation in providing healthcare staff all over the United States, we always deliver a service that supplies efficient, reliable, and qualified nurses to meet every healthcare facilitys requirements.
